(1) The meeting of the Executive Committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman as required.
(2) The notice of the meeting of the Executive Committee and the topics to be discussed shall be provided by the Secretary to the members usually twenty-four hours before the time of such meeting.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the executive committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the executive committee will be considered to be reached.
(4) The Chairman will preside over the meeting of the Executive Committee.
(5) The decision of the meeting of the executive committee will be made by the majority of the members present. (6) According to the requirements of the Executive Committee, any official of the Government of Nepal, any agency or association, representatives of organizations or experts may be invited to the meeting.
(7) The decision of the meeting of the executive committee will be verified by the secretary.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Executive Committee shall be as determined by the Executive Committee itself.
